All orders placed on ProAthlete.uk are subject to acceptance. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; a contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability
• Request additional verification for high-value or bulk orders

• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay in cash when your order is delivered. Any additional payment methods available are shown at checkout.
• For COD orders, no payment is taken online. If a card payment option is offered at checkout, we do not store full card details; all payment data is handled by the payment processor.
• Prices may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time of your order.
• If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

• We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier.
• For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

We comply with applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan, including provincial consumer protection acts.

Right to Return

You have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@proathlete.uk. You must return the goods within 7 days of notifying us.

Returns Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund including delivery costs.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly as they appear in real life. Product specifications (weight, dimensions) are approximate and may vary slightly.

If a product you receive materially differs from its description, please contact us for a resolution.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and code — is owned by or licensed to ProAthlete.uk and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright law.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission
• Use our trademarks or brand assets without prior consent

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) our website

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
